摘  要:对市政管网消防供水能力进行评估是进行管网改造、区域火灾风险分析的重要依据,但如何高效评估管网消防供水能力仍是许多水厂面临的难题。开展了基于水力模型的市政管网消防供水能力评估方法研究,总结并分析现有评估方法的优缺点,提出基于牛顿迭代法的市政管网消防供水能力评估方法,其将市政管网供水能力评估转化为优化问题,采用牛顿迭代法求解。分别采用Boulos算法与牛顿迭代法评估某实际管网消防供水能力,结果表明,所提出基于牛顿迭代法的市政管网消防供水能力评估方法不仅计算效率更高,还适用于工程人员手算。The water supply capacity of municipal water distribution systems(MWDSs)for fire protection refers to the maximum amount water capable of being provided by MWDS in the event of a fire.The evaluation of water supply capacity of MWDSs for fire extinguish is the important basis for pipe network reconstruction,as well as the analysis of regional fire risk.However,how to evaluate effectively the water supply capacity of the pipe network is still a challenge for many water companies.This paper makes an investigation on the methods for water supply capacity evaluationof MWDSs based on hydraulic model,in which the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods are summarized and analyzed.Moreover,an evaluation method based on Newton iterative method is proposed for fire water supply capacity identification,by which the problem of the evaluation of water supply capacity of MWDSs is treaded as anoptimization problem,and solved using Newton iterative method.Boulos′s method and the proposed method are applied to a real network.The application results indicate the proposed method has higher computing efficiency,which is not only easy to program but also suitable for hand calculation.
