摘 要:根据矿用铰接型双桥驱动车辆适用工况的不同,将其分为工作面作业型和长距离运输型2种类型。通过分析上述2种车型的布置形式,总结出其各自适用的摆动机构形式。研究对比不同摆动机构的结构特点及工作方式,分析出各机构的优劣及适用范围,并指出回转支承机构将成为铰接型双桥驱动车辆摆动机构的主流设计形式。According to different service situation, mine articulated double-axle drive vehicle was categorized into two types:working face operating vehicle and long distance transport vehicle. Through arrangement form analysis of the two types, their suitable swing mechanisms were summarized into four forms. Moreover, based on the comparison of structural feature and operating mode, performance advantages and application ranges of different swing mechanisms were analyzed separately. And the swing bearing type was referred to be the development direction of swing mechanism used in mine articulated double-axle drive vehicle.
