摘 要:目的探讨建立犬颈动脉梭形动脉瘤模型的可行性。方法10条比格犬随机分为2组,每条均在双侧颈动脉建模,每组建立10枚模型。A组采用球囊扩张联合胰弹性蛋白酶消化诱导,B组采用静脉囊移植法。以建模后4周造影显示模型最大直径/正常颈动脉直径≥1.5,认为模型建立成功,对比梭形动脉瘤模型成功率。结果A组1支血管破裂,剔出实验。2组手术成功率分别为90%和100%。4周血管造影随访显示A组建模成功2例,B组10例。建模的成功率分别为20%和100%。结论静脉囊移植法建立的梭形动脉瘤模型具有良好的稳定性及可重复性,球囊扩张联合胰弹性蛋白酶消化诱导建立梭形动脉瘤模型有待进一步改进。Objective We concentrated on creating fusiform aneurysm model in carotid artery in canine in this study. Methods A total of 10 beagle canines included in the study and divided into two groups randomly. Aneurysm model was founded in each side of carotid artery and 10 models were created in each group. Group A, balloon expansion associated with pancreatic elastase induced model; Group B, vein pouch transplantation model. According to the result of final angiography performed at 4 weeks, we considered the model founded successfully if the diameter of the aneurysnl wide than control artery 1.5 times at least. The achievement ratio was compared between the two groups. Results One artery was ruptured and excluded from group 1. The success rate of surgery for two groups is 90% and 100%. The final angiography demonstrated that in Group A, 2 models were successful created; and Group B, 10 models. The achievement ratio in two groups is 20% and 100%. Conclusion The fusiform aneurysm model created by surgical venous-graft is of well stability and repeatability. The fusiform aneurysm models induced by balloon expansion associated with pancreatic elastase need for further improvement.
