摘  要:目的:研究CBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法:将2014年9月-2017年7月在我院血液科规培的学生随机分为两组,一组采用传统教学(LBL),另一组采用CBL教学,比较学生出科考试成绩并调查其对教学效果的评价。结果:CBL教学组学生出科考成绩、对教学效果的评价均高于传统教学组。结论:CBL教学法有利于提高血液科住院医师规范化培训的效果。Objective: To study the effect of CBL teaching method in standardized resident training od Hematology. Methods: We compared the outcome between the results of the two groups,One group adopted traditional teaching( LBL),another group adopted CBL teaching,and compared students' examination results and evaluation of teaching effects. Results: Compared with the traditional teaching,CBL improves the test scores and the efficacy of teaching. Conclusions: CBL teaching can improves effect of standardized training.
