摘　　要：目的:研究CBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法:将2014年9月-2017年7月在我院血液科规培的学生随机分为两组,一组采用传统教学(LBL),另一组采用CBL教学,比较学生出科考试成绩并调查其对教学效果的评价。结果:CBL教学组学生出科考成绩、对教学效果的评价均高于传统教学组。结论:CBL教学法有利于提高血液科住院医师规范化培训的效果。Objective： To study the effect of CBL teaching method in standardized resident training od Hematology. Methods： We compared the outcome between the results of the two groups,One group adopted traditional teaching（ LBL）,another group adopted CBL teaching,and compared students＇ examination results and evaluation of teaching effects. Results： Compared with the traditional teaching,CBL improves the test scores and the efficacy of teaching. Conclusions： CBL teaching can improves effect of standardized training.
