犯罪新闻中隐喻的评价赋值功能

摘　　要：犯罪新闻常依赖概念隐喻评价新闻当事人和事件。研究运用话语分析法甄别犯罪新闻报道中的隐喻现象,运用概念隐喻理论和评价理论探讨隐喻的评价功能。研究表明,犯罪新闻大量使用两类宏观隐喻模式:"刑侦是战争"和"刑侦是狩猎"。记者通过隐喻,运用激发态度评价策略和极差,隐性积极评价警方,负面评价疑犯。This paper aims to examine how conceptual metaphors evaluate participants and their actions in crime news reports through exploring metaphors' evaluative functions based on the theory of conceptual metaphor and appraisal theory. The results show that two general types of metaphor, CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION IS WAR and CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION IS HUNTING, are widely used in crime news reports, and journalists, by means of metaphor, frequently make use of provoking attitudinal strategy and graduation system to conduct implicit positive evaluation on the police, but negative on the suspect.
