摘 要:科学技术史是横跨自然科学与社会科学的综合性学科。在新语境下,研究大气科学的历史包括四个方面的意义:揭示科学技术的发展过程,挖掘社会因素与科学技术发展之间的制约关系,预示科学技术未来的发展趋势,丰富与拓展中国传统文化自信的内涵与外延。气象科技史具有人才培养、科技创新、技术传承、以史资政等四个功能。目前,气象科技史还属于初创阶段,学科定位为大气科学的二级学科,凡是涉及大气科学技术发展历史和发展历程中创新的研究都可以作为研究的对象。气象科技史要在传统研究方法的基础上吸收最新研究方法,促进学科的综合发展。气象科技史对于建设国家气象科技创新体系具有重要意义,有助于促进气象知识体系创新和气象学科发展创新,分析提炼大气科学历史创新主干脉络。The history of science and technology is a comprehensive discipline that spans between natural science and social science. In the new culture context,the study of the history of atmospheric science includes four main-meanings: revealing the development thought of science and technology, excavating the restrictive relationship between social factors and the development of science and technology,predicting the future development trend of science and technology,and enriching and expanding the connotation and denotation of Chinese traditional culture self-confidence. The history of meteorological science and technology has four important functions,including talent training,science and technology innovation,technology inheriting and using history as policy consultation method. At present,the history of meteorological science and technology belongs to the start-up stage,and the subject is a sub-discipline of atmospheric sciences,and any research on history and innovation of atmospheric science and technology can be regarded as the object of study. The history of meteorological science and technology should absorb the newest research methods on the basis of traditional research methods and promote the comprehensive development of disciplines. The history of meteorological science and technology is of great significance for the construction of national meteorological science and technology innovation system,which helps to promote the innovation of meteorological knowledge system and the development of meteorological disciplines.
