摘  要:着重论述了人的全面发展理论和高职教育人才培养目标定位的关系,分析了当前高职课程改革存在的困境,介绍了基于人的全面发展理念的高职教育课程体系架构和特点以及实践成果。回答了高职教育培养什么样的人、为谁培养、怎么培养、培养效果怎样的根本问题。This study focuses on the relationship between the comprehensive development theory of human beings and the target orientation of talent training in higher vocational education, analyzes the current difficulties in the reform of higher vocational curriculum, and introduces the structure and characteristics of the higher vocational education curriculum system based on the concept of comprehensive development of human beings as well as their practical results, which tries to answer the fundamental question concerning what kind of persons are cultivated as well as for whom, how, and what effects the talent cultivations are in the higher vocational education.
