摘  要:为对比研究数字化影像存档与传输系统(PACS)案例教学法与传统读片法在医学影像学见习教学中的作用。选择112名五年制临床医学生分为PACS组(n=57),采用PACS检索病例,对照组(n=55)采用PPT教学,课末行读片和卷面测试,课后采用不记名教学满意度问卷调查。结果 PACS组测验成绩和教学满意度均高于对照组。PACS案例法能提高医学影像学见习教学效果,具有较高的应用价值。To evaluate the role of picture archiving and communication system ( PACS ) case retrieval in conducting case-based teaching in medical imaging training sessions, 112 fifth-year clinical students of Central South University were divided into two groups, with PACS teaching method( n = 57 ) and traditional teaching method respectively( n = 55 ). Class quizzes and questionnaires on teach- ing satisfaction were used to evaluate the teaching effects of the two methods. Results showed that exam scores of clinical analysis in the PACS group were higher than the traditional method group. Most students of the PACS group appreciated the teaching method. PACS teaching could improve the clinical thinking and activate students' learning enthusiasm.
