摘　　要：作为世界一流的综合性大学,悉尼科技大学的成就令人瞩目,其图书馆的教辅功能不可或缺。文章对悉尼科技大学图书馆的岗位设置、员工构成以及馆员能力素养、教育培训等方面进行分析研究,以期对国内高校图书馆人才队伍建设提供启示与借鉴。As a world-class comprehensive university, UTS has made remarkable achievements, to which theauxiliary function of the library contributes substantially. By the rational optimized post configuration and the high-quality librarians, the library provides efficient information services for teaching, learning and research in UTS.This essay analyzes the post setting, division of responsibilities, as well as the librarians＇ literacy and training in UTS library, and then draws the inspiration and reasonable advice.
