摘　　要："iTEST英语文本指难针"是外语教学与研究出版社新推出的一项在线智能文本改编工具,可以为文本难度级别、单词难易度和句子长度等提供智能反馈。本文简介该工具的特点和功能,并进一步探讨如何利用该工具在中学英语教学中改编文本、检测试卷以及分析教材。"iTEST Eng-Editor" is an intellectual data-driven online tool for English text adaptation, newly launched by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. It provides intelligent feedback on the degree of text difficulty, lexical difficulty and sentence length. This article begins with an introduction on the features and functions of this online tool, and then discusses how to apply this tool to adapting texts, testing examination papers and analyzing textbook articles in middle school English teaching.
