战略性新兴产业政府补助与研发投入产出研究  

Public Subsidy and R&D Input and Output in Emerging Sectors of Strategic Importance

摘　　要：企业研发活动的不确定性及产出公共品属性,抑制企业研发活动的积极性,政府补助成为推动企业技术创新的外部驱动力。以战略性新兴产业上市公司为样本,研究政府补助与公司研发投入及产出的关系。研究发现:政府补助与研发投入及产出正相关;当期及滞后期政府补助与研发投入及产出的正向关系随条件分布向高分位点移动,正向关系逐步增强。进一步研究发现,政府补助与研发投入及产出的关系存在产权性质及市场化程度差异。The uncertainty of firm’s R＆D activities and nature of public goods on R＆D outcome results in discourage enthusiasm of firm’s R＆D activities. Public subsidy becomes outside driver of promoting firm’s technologic innovation. This study investigates the relation between public subsidy and firm R＆D input and output based on listed companies in Emerging Sectors of Strategic Importance. Research finds that public subsidy is positive correlated with R＆D input and output and that with the conditional distribution moving forward higher quantile point, the positive relationship between current and lagged public subsidies and R＆D input and output is enhanced. In addition, research shows that the differences in the nature of property right and the degree of marketization exist in the relationship between public subsidy and R＆D input and output.
