摘 要:目的:设计一种基于即时通信技术的多功能医院影像归档及传输系统(PACS),提高PACS的可用性和稳定性。方法:通过对信息技术的相关标准、医院流程的研究、系统功能设计以及数据库体系结构等方面的比较,构建基于即时传递的多功能PACS。结果:系统的建立降低了物料成本和管理成本,提高了工作效率和医院的医疗水平。基于即时传输技术的多功能PACS工作效率提高了一倍,节省了患者50%的等待时间,患者检查数量提升了15.5%,缩短了25%的影像诊断时间。结论:在医院内部署功能完善、具备高可扩展性的多功能PACS,后续能够无缝对接各层级的区域影像中心和远程医疗,并可拓展电子胶片的应用。Objective To design a multifunctional picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) of based on instant messaging technique so as to enhance the usability and stability of PACS. Methods: Through compared the research of relevant standard and hospital process of information technique, design of system function and system construction of data base to construct a multifunctional PACS based on instant messaging technique. Results: The establishment of system reduced the material cost and management cost, and enhanced the work efficiency and medical level of hospital. And the work efficiency of multi functional PACS based on instant messaging was increased 1 time. And the waiting time of patients was saved to 50%. And the amount that patients received examination were improved to 15.5%, and the imaging diagnosis time was shortened to 25%. Conclusion: The multi-functional PACS system with improved function and high expandability is deployed in hospital, and it can seamless joint district imaging center and telemedicine, and it can expand the application of electronic film.
