摘 要:目的:面向医学影像技术专业学生,建立有效的临床医学概要课程实施方案,探讨基于职业能力导向课程改革的应用价值。方法:通过对北京市22家医院放射科专家访谈和调研,设计教学项目及案例;按照入学时间将2013级高职班45名学员纳入对照组,将2014级高职班50名学员纳入实验组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用案例式教学模式;建立信息化资源及多元化评价体系,进行两种教学模式效果对比研究。结果:课程考核成绩分析显示,实验组优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.070,P<0.05);后续专业核心课成绩实验组同样优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.437,P<0.05)。结论:基于医学影像技术专业能力导向的临床医学概要课程改革有利于提高课程教学效果,同时对后续课程学习奠定基础,提高人才培养质量。Objective: To establish effective curriculum implementation plan of clinical medicine summary and discuss the application value of curriculum reform based on the guidance of vocational ability so as to provide more teaching for students majoring in medical imaging technology. Methods: Through interview and investigation with experts from radiology department of 22 hospitals in Beijing to design teaching projects and clinical cases. According to the enrollment time, the 2013 grade of higher vocational education was included into the control group (45 students), and the 2014 grade of that was included into the experimental group (50 students). The control group received traditional teaching mode and experimental group received new teaching mode with clinical cases. An information resource base and a multivariate evaluation system was established, and then the effects of the two teaching models were compared and studied. Results: The analysis of the course examination showed that the result of experimental group was superior than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.070, P〈0.05). The result of subsequent professional core course of experimental group also was significantly better than that of control group (t=2.437, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The curriculum reform of clinical medicine summary based on the professional competence of medical imaging technology is beneficial to improve the teaching effect. And it will lay a foundation for the follow-up courses and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
