螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT在肺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选取近两年在我院接受诊断治疗的80例疑似肺癌患者进行研究分析,患者均接受螺旋CT检查及肺穿刺取病理活检,评价螺旋CT诊断价值。结果活检病理诊断肺癌75例,检出率93.75%,螺旋CT诊断肺癌73例,检出率91.25%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);以活检病理诊断为金标准,螺旋CT诊断敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为97.26%、71.43%、95%。结论螺旋CT在早期肺癌诊断中敏感性、准确性较高,在中央型肺癌诊断中具有一定误诊漏诊率,因此临床需结合多种诊断方式明确诊断,尽早治疗。Objective to investigate clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods choose 80 cases suspected lung cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital during recent two years as study and analyzing objects. Carry on spiral CT examination and lung puncture biopsy to evaluate diagnostic value of spiral CT. Results among 75 cases biopsy for lung cancer diagnosis, detection rate was 93.75%, 73 cases lung cancer diagnosed by spiral CT, detection rate was 91.25%, comparison showed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. With goldern standard of biopsy pathological diagnosis, diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of spiral CT was 97.26%, 71.43% and 95% respectively. Conclusion spiral CT has high sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of early lung cancer, with sine certain misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate in diagnosis of central type lung cancer. Therefore, it is necessary to combine with various diagnostic methods to diagnose and treate it as early as possible.
