摘　　要：因龋、外伤等原因导致的残根残冠是临床处置的难题,牙体组织大范围缺损给患牙修复带来一定困难,甚至不足以支持冠修复治疗。牙冠延长术通过暴露更多的牙体组织增加临床冠高度,为修复治疗创造条件,有助于提高残根残冠的保留率及修复质量。文章展示了年轻患者磨牙因龋坏导致的残根经多学科联合治疗后长期复查的全过程,并对治疗方案的选择和牙冠延长术相关的临床要点进行了讨论。Residual roots and crowns caused by caries,trauma or other reasons are difficult to be treated in clinical practice. Crown lengthening surgery,which increases the height of the clinical crown by exposing more solid tooth structure,can thus help to reserve residual roots and crowns and facilitate restoration. This paper presents the whole process of the long-term observation after multidisciplinary treatment for a decayed molar residual root in a young patient,and gives a detailed discussion on treatment decision and clinical key points of crown lengthening surgery.
