摘　　要：女性一生会经历多个特殊的生理时期,不同时期特有的生理、病理变化会干扰拔牙操作的正常进行;此外,拔牙过程也可能会给特殊时期的女性患者带来不良影响。文章针对月经期、妊娠期、哺乳期、备孕期女性患者拔牙可能出现的风险及其预防和处理进行阐述,以期为口腔医生在临床工作中能够对这些特殊时期的女性患者安全、顺利地实施牙拔除术提供参考。Women will experience many special physiological periods in their life. The procedure of tooth extraction can be affected by the special physiological and pathological changes in these periods. On the other hand,the process of tooth extraction may also have adverse effects on these special periods. Thus,the aim of this paper is to review the risks of tooth extraction in female patients during menstruation,pregnancy,lactation and preparation of pregnancy. Meanwhile,how to prevent the potential risks once happening and the treatment are also reviewed in this paper in order to provide reference for the dentists to perform the extraction in these women safely and smoothly.
