摘　　要：通过对水泥制造企业生产组织管理模式现状和管理变革尝试,结合创新型生产企业的生产管理模式和特点,提出了加强和改进水泥制造业生产组织管理机构的变革和创新发展的思路。Based on the current situation of production organization management mode and management reform attempts of cement manufacturing enterprises, combined with the production management mode and characteristics of innovative production enterprises, this paper puts forward the ideas of strengthening and improving the reform and innovation development of production organization management organization of cement manufacturing enterprises.
