摘　　要：目的探究HPV感染与膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌(BUCC)的相关性及临床意义。方法收集70例BUCC患者及60例对照组患者的膀胱组织标本,采用PCR结合凝胶电泳方法检测标本中HPV-16的表达情况,并分析其表达水平与膀胱癌各临床病理参数之间的相关性。结果HPV病毒在BUCC中的表达(15.7%)及对照组患者中的表达(13.3%)无统计学差异(P>0.05),并且与肿瘤分化程度无关。结论目前的小型研究不支持HPV-16感染参与免疫功能正常个体BUCC的发生。Objective To investigate the association between human papilloma virus （HPV） and uroepithelium cell carcinomas of the bladder （BUCC） and its clinical significance. Methods In all, 70 BUCC cases and 60 hospital controls from the first affiliated hospital of Soochow University were detected for HPV 16 infection by using polymerase chain reaction and gel electrophoresis. The association between the expression of HPV 16 and clinical, pathological staging was analyzed. Re- suits Prevalence of human polyomavirus was similar in BUCC cases （15.7%） and controls （13.3%）（P〉0.05）. Among cascs, HPV 16 positivc was not associatcd with tumour charactcristics. Conclusions Thc prcscnt small studydocs not support an involvcmcnt of HPV 16 or HPV 16 infcction in BUCC actiology in immunocompctcnt individuals.
