摘 要:新常态背景下,中小企业面临着巨大的压力与挑战,迫切需要加强与高校、科研院所的深度合作以增强内生动力.适应新常态,对接产业、协同创新,是应用型高校人才培养改革的本质要求.以工科专业为研究对象,探究应用型高校与中小企业协同人才培养模式,设计需求导向的人才培养方案,构建了面向企业供给侧改革的教学体系,以探索校企协同工程人才创新培养的长效机制和有效途径,全面提升工程教育质量.Since China's economy has entered a period of new normal, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing enormous pressure and are eager to cooperate with universities to enhance their intrinsic motivations. The essential requirement of applied universities is to integrate into the industry and keep collaboration and innovation to adapt to the new normal. To illustrate this statement, this paper uses engineering major as an example to study the synergetic talent cultivation model between applied universities and small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper also designs the plan to cultivate demand-oriented talents and builds the system to adapt to the supply side reform of enterprises. By formulating and implementing the plan, the efficient mechanism and methods can be explored to support school-enterprise talent cultivation and the education quality can be improved in all-around way.
