摘　　要：传统钻井作业中,起下钻时需要井架工在二层台高空作业,钻工在钻台面配合作业,按先后顺序移动立根的上部和下部,实现立根在井口与立根盒之间移动。提出了一种适用于在役陆地钻机的自动化立根排放系统总体方案,利用二层台扶管机械手和钻台面提管机械手同时作业,简化起下钻操作流程,实现立根的快速移运。During the drill string racking and transportation in the traditional drilling operation, the derrick worker should cooperate with the inside and outside tong men to operate respectively on the racking platform and the drill floor, transport the upper and lower parts of the stands in sequence to perform the transferring of standpipes between the well and racking board area. An automatic standpipe handling system, which is applicable to the drill rigs in service was intro duced. The system utilizes the racking platform manipulator and the drill floor manipulator to work synchronously for simplifying the process and transferring of the stands efficiently.
