摘 要:目的探讨三维可视化3D打印、虚拟现实技术在肝胆外科教学中的应用价值。方法应用三维可视化3D打印、虚拟现实技术用于肝胆外科研究生临床教学,引导学生对三维重建3D打印肝脏实体模型进行立体观察学习;三维可视化3D打印模型形象逼真,立体感强,清楚显示肝内各管道、肿瘤大小、位置及其与肝内各管道的空间解剖关系;再结合实际病例对三维重建3D打印模型进行讲解,进行术前虚拟手术,观摩手术过程,再次学习术前三维可视化3D打印、术前虚拟手术与术中真实情况是否一致。结果肝胆外科研究生通过三维可视化3D打印模型、术前虚拟手术教学,能在短时间内了解并掌握复杂肝脏解剖特点,并对术中解剖及手术方案有基本理解。结论三维可视化3D打印技术联合虚拟现实技术对肝胆外科研究生临床教学是一种有效教学方式。Objective To explore the application value of 3D visualization 3D printing and virtual reality technology in hepatobiliary surgery teaching. Methods 3D visualization 3D printing and virtual reality technology were applied to the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery students. The students were guided to stereoscopic observation of 3D printed liver solid model. The 3D visualization 3D printing model was vivid and stereoscopic, clearly showing the liver. The size of each tube, tumor size, location and its spatial anatomical relationship with the various channels in the liver; combined with the actual case to explain the 3D printed 3D printed model, preoperative virtual surgery, observe the surgical procedure, and re-learn the preoperative 3D visualization 3D printing preoperative virtual surgery is consistent with the actual situation during surgery. Results The three-dimensional visualized 3D printing model and preoperative virtual surgery teaching can understand and master the complex liver anatomy in a short time, and have a basic understanding of intraoperative anatomy and surgical plan. Conclusion 3D visualization 3D printing technology combined with virtual reality technology is an effective teaching method for postgraduate teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, which is worthy of use and promotion by hepatobiliary surgeons.
