旋光法快速测定注射用硫酸核糖霉素的效价

摘　　要：将硫酸核糖霉素及其制剂用蒸馏水适当稀释,即可用旋光光度计测定。结果显示,溶液的pH值、温度、时间等因素对测定影响甚微。据此建立的测定硫酸核糖霉素及其制剂效价的旋光度法便捷、可靠,可用于硫酸核糖霉素企业中间品控制或企业内控方法,并且可作为快速检验方法之一,用于监督抽验药品初筛和快检。The paper establishes an optical rotation method for the determination of microbiological potency of ribostamycin sulfate and its preparations.The ribostamycin sulfate and its preparation were appropriately diluted with water,which can be measured by an optical luminometer. The pH value,temperature of the solution and time have little effect on the determination.The method is convenient and reliable,and can be used for the intermediate product control or internal control of ribostamycin sulfate enterprise,and served as a rapid test method for supervising the initial screening and rapid inspection of the drugs.
