摘　　要：目的:调查山楂等5味中药饮片的使用情况,质量的优劣,以规范用药,提高临床用药的准确性和安全性。方法:通过实地调查饮片的使用情况,参照药典对其进行性状、显微鉴别及含量测定,明确其真伪优劣。结果:山楂、白芍、蒺藜、川牛膝名物相符,但有炮制品与生品混用的情况;独活与牛尾独活存在混用问题。结论:中药饮片名物差异现象在本地区医院有较大改善,但存在生品与炮制品混用现象,需进一步加以规范。Objective： Investigate the uses, quality, the medication, the accuracy and safety of 5 decoction pieces in clinical use. Methods：Through field investigation, identifying traits and authentication by its character, microscopic and content with reference to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results： Crataegi Fructus,Rradix Paeoniae Alba, Tribulus terrestris L, Cyathula officinalis Kuan concide with its names, but some processed products are mixed with crude; Angelicae Pubescentis Radix is mixed with Heracleum hemslevanum Diels. Conclusion ： It＇s a significant improvement on that substance is different from its names, but there is still some de - normalization, need to be further standardized.
