摘　　要：该文探讨了零缺陷与质量管理体系融合内涵,并且从成立推进工作组织机构、确定文件建设工作思路、建立推进工作保障机制、取得阶段性推进工作成果等方面介绍了实践过程。通过零缺陷与质量管理体系融合推进工作,初步建立了系统化、结构化、流程化、标准化的第三层次文件,能够支撑体系要求落地,有效指导员工"一次做对",实现"零缺陷"。This paper discusses the connotation of the integration of Zero Defect and quality management system. in addition,the paper introduces the practice process including setting up the promotion organization,defining the thinking of document construction,establishing the guarantee mechanism of advancing work and obtaining the progress of stage.Through the integration of Zero Defect and quality management system,the third level document of systematization,structuralization,digitization and standardization is initially established,which can support the quality management system,effectiveLy instruct the staff to do the right thing at first time,achieve the goal of ＂Zero Defect＂.
