摘 要:以抗坏血酸作为还原剂探讨靛蓝对棉织物的染色工艺。通过测定其还原溶液还原电位,优化抗坏血酸对靛蓝的还原染色工艺。优化的还原及染色工艺条件为:采用干缸法,靛蓝染料10%(omf),抗坏血酸40g/L,NaOH 40g/L,90℃下还原60min;25℃织物浸染15min,空气氧化30min,再放入隐色体溶液中续染3次(每次续染时间为15min,氧化30min,清洗),皂洗,水洗,烘干。染后织物各项牢度指标与传统保险粉及葡萄糖还原工艺相当。Dyeing of indigo on cotton fabric with ascorbic acid as a reducing agent was carried out. The reduction and dyeing processes were optimized via single factor tests, and the reduction potential of dye solution and dyeing behaviors on cotton fabric were studied. The optimal reduction process was stock vatting with indigo 10%(omf) , ascorbic acid 40 g/L, NaOH 40 g/L, 60 rain. The optimal dyeing process is dip dyeing at 25 ℃ for 15 min. oxidation for and then continuous dyeing in leuco solution for 15 min, oxidation for 30 min. Compared with conventional dyeing process with sodium hydrosulfite and with glucose, the process with ascorbic acid featured sire ilar color fastness.
