摘 要:目的探讨岗位准入管理制度对提升护士专业能力的效果。方法通过制定专科培训方案及护士准入标准,观察护士持证上岗情况及后期工作表现。结果实施专业护士岗位准入制度后,提高了护士专科理论知识、专科技术操作考核合格率及临床实践能力(P <0. 05)。结论施行以岗位胜任力为核心的护士准入模式,提高了护士的护理能力与质量,满足了人员培训与专科发展的需求。Objective To evaluate effect of professional nurses′ job entry system on improving the professional abilities. Methods The nurses′ certificated employment and their performance was assessed by implementation of training programme and professional nurses′ job entry system. Results After admission of professional nurses, specialized theoretical knowledge, the qualified rate of specialized technical operation and clinical practice ability of nurses were improved ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of job competency-cored nurse entry model can improve nursing ability and nursing quality to meet development demand of professional training and speciality development.
