低位直肠癌前切除术中肛管留置预防吻合口瘘的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌行直肠前切除术中留置肛管预防吻合口瘘的临床体会。方法回顾性分析低位直肠前切除术(LAR)中留置肛管的50例低位直肠癌患者临床资料。结果所有直肠前切除手术顺利完成,无1例术中吻合口瘘测试阳性,未出现有症状的吻合口瘘,无1例患者死亡。结论经肛留置肛管可促进LAR患者的术后康复,降低吻合口瘘的发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical experience of anal canal indwelling in prevention of anastomotic leakage in patients with anterior resection of low rectal cancer. Methods Clinical materials of 50 low rectal cancer patients with anal canal indwelling after low anterior resection （LAR） were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases with LAR were successfully completed without any positive intra-operative anastomotic fistula test, no patients with symptomatic anastomotic fistula and died case were observed. Conclusion Indwelling of anal canal can promote the recovery of patients with LAR, and reduce the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage.
