纹身技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究纹身技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者中的应用。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2018年7月接收的86例患者,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。所有患者均接受改良根治术,对照组在此基础上实施坐标标记法,观察组在此基础上实施纹身法,观察比较两组患者切除病灶范围、切缘病理情况、皮肤切缘病理情况。结果:在接受新辅助化疗前,两组患者病灶范围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在接受手术治疗后,观察组患者切除病灶范围显著小于对照组,观察组患者切缘病理情况、皮肤切缘病理情况均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者中采用纹身技术,能准确定位肿瘤位置,减小病灶切除面积,具有推广价值。Objective：To explore the application of tattoo technology in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Method：86 patients received in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by lottery,43 cases in each group.All patients were treated with modified radical operation,while the control group was treated with coordinate marking method.The observation group was treated with tattoo method on the basis of coordinate marking method.The extent of resection lesions,the pathological condition of incision margin and skin incision margin of two groups were compared.Result：Before neoadjuvant chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in the extent of lesions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After surgery,the extent of resection lesions in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the pathological condition of incision margin and skin incision margin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tattoo technique in breast cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can accurately locate the tumor and reduce the area of tumor resection,so it is worthy of popularizing.
