摘 要:高校教师需要承担教学和科研双重任务,但大多数农林高校文科教师发表核心期刊数量存在不均衡。文章以9所农林高校人文社会科学学院为样本,分析了农林高校教师的论文发表情况。研究表明:1.中游和普通农林高校二级文科学院中,20%的教师发表了80%以上的核心期刊论文,80%的教师发表不到20%的核心期刊论文; 2.学校层次越高,教师发表论文数量越多,不均衡程度越小。从统计学的角度分析,排名较低的农林高校文科教师的论文发表更加集中,无论是在上游农林高校、中游农林高,还是普通农林高校,论文发表的集中趋势基本保持在高位。农林高校应该给学术论文发表有困难的教师进行帮扶或者提供多样选择,以保证大部分教师都有向上提升的通道。University faculty need to undertake two major tasks of teaching and doing researches.When it comes to the amount of papers that are carried on core magazines by different agriculture and forestry universities teachers,there exists a serious imbalance. This paper takes 9 faculties of liberal arts in different agriculture and forestry universities as samples to analyze the situation of paper publishing of teachers in agriculture and forestry universities. The findings are as follows: 1. In the liberal arts colleges of the common and medium level agricultural and forestry universities,20% of teachers publish over 80% papers in core journals,while 80% of the teachers publish less than 20% papers in core journals. 2. The higher the school level is,the more papers teachers tend to publish in core journals,and the less the degree of disequilibrium. From a statistical point of view,the publication of papers by liberal arts teachers in low-ranking agricultural and forestry schools will be more concentrated. Whether in the common level,middle-level,or high-level agriculture and forestry universities,the centralized trend of paper publication remains at a high level. Agriculture and forestry universities should provide teachers who have difficulties in the publication of academic papers with more help and more multiple choices to ensure that teachers have their upward access.
