技能作品大赛对专业建设引领的实施途径研究

摘　　要：结合天津工业职业学院的实际情况,从学院的人才培养模式、专业课程体系建设、专业特色教材建设、校企合作新模式、师资队伍建设、教学模式和评价机制等方面研究了如何以全国职业院校职技能作品大赛来引领高职专业建设。论证了全国职院校技能作品大赛对职业院校专业建设的引领作用和高技能型人才的培养的提升。Based on the actual situation of Tianjin Polytechnic College, this paper studies how to lead the majors construction of higher vocational with the skills contest in national vocational colleges from the aspects of talent training mode, professional course system construction, construction of teaching textbooks with professional characteristics, new mode of school - enterprise cooperation, teacher team construction, teaching mode and evaluation mechanism. It demonstrates the leading role of the national vocational colleges’ skills contest to the major construction of vocational colleges and the cultivation of high - skilled talents.
