普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障术后炎症患者的疗效及对眼压和前房闪辉评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障术后炎症患者的疗效以及对眼压和前房闪辉评分的影响。方法:选取2014年7月-2016年7月本院收治的140例(166只眼)白内障患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各70例(83只眼)。对照组术后采用氟米龙滴眼液治疗,观察组术后采用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。比较两组术后眼部症状及体征积分、眼压、前房闪辉值、黄斑中心凹厚度。结果:术后1 d,两组眼部症状及体征积分、眼压、前房闪辉值、黄斑中心凹厚度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后1、2、4周,观察组上述各项指标值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障术后炎症患者的疗效更好,可有效降低眼压和前房闪辉评分,可在临床上广泛推荐应用。Objective：To study the effects of Pranoprofen Eye Drops on intraocular pressure and anterior chamber flash score in patients with inflammation after cataract surgery.Method：A total of 140 patients（166eyes） with cataract from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,70 cases（83 eyes）in each group.The control group was treated with Fluorometholone Eye Drops after operation,while observation group was treated with Pranoprofen Eye Drops after operation.The ocular symptoms and signs,intraocular pressure,anteriorchamber flash and macular fovea thickness between two groups were compared.Result：After operation 1 d,theocular symptoms and signs,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber flash and macular fovea thickness betweentwo groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,however,after operation1,2 and 4 weeks,the above indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pranoprofen Eye Drops have better curative effect on inflammation after cataract surgery,can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and anterior chamber flash score,and can be widely recommended in clinical application.
