从管理学角度看学校体育事故防范的重要性

摘　　要：如何防止学校重大体育事故的发生,既是实际工作中面临的需要解决的问题,也是理论研究有待于探索的问题,本文从管理学角度切入,在进行理论探索的同时,提炼出可操作的若干要点。文章首先分析事故发生的原因,进而寻找影响事故发生的主要因素;最后提出指导和管理的具体方法。文章强调保持警醒,以科学的态度与方法面对可能发生的体育事故,就能够降低事故的发生率。How to prevent the occurrence of serious school sports accident is not only a problem needed to be solved in practice, but also an issue waited to be explored in theory. While theoretically exploring, this article attempts to refine some workablepoints from the perspective of management. At first, this article analyzes the causes of the accidents, and then searches for the main influence factors. Finally, it puts forward the specific methods of conduct and management. This article emphasizes thatthe accident frequency can be reduced with constant vigilance and scientific approach towards the contingent accident.
