鼻内镜辅助逆行泪道置管术和泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比鼻内镜辅助逆行泪道置管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术在慢性泪囊炎中的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月50例慢性泪囊炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用鼻内镜下逆行泪道置管术,对照组采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术,观察2组患者临床疗效的差异。结果观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下逆行泪道置管术在慢性泪囊炎临床治疗中的应用价值优于鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术,能够有效提高患者的临床疗效,改善预后。Objective To analyze the difference of clinical efficacy and prognosis between endoscopic retrograde lacrimalduct insertion and dacryocystorhinostomy in chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 50 patients with chronic dacryocystitis admitted toour hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Theobservation group was treated with endoscopic retrograde lacrimal duct intubation, while the control group was treated withendoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment efficiency of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05） .There was no significant difference in the incidenceof complications between the two groups （P〉0.05） .The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in thecontrol group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde lacrimal duct catheterization in the clinical treatment of chronicdacryocystitis is better than the endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,which can effectively improve the patient＇s curative effect andimprove the prognosis.
