乌灵胶囊结合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴抑郁的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乌灵胶囊结合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴抑郁的应用效果。方法:将我院收治的80例癫痫伴抑郁患者随机分为两组,对照组患者单用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者联合乌灵胶囊治疗,比较2组治疗的临床效果、HAMD评分和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%;治疗后,观察组病人HAMD评分显著低于对照组;治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊结合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴抑郁疗效确切,安全性好。Objective： To study the effect of Wuling capsule combined with paroxetine in the treatment of epilepsy with depression. Methods： 80 cases of epilepsy patients with depression treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine alone.Patients in the observation group were treated with Wuling capsules.Clinical effects,HAMD scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Happening. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 80.00%）. After treatment,HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group. During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Wuling capsule combined with paroxetine is effective and safe for epilepsy with depression.
