摘　　要：调胃承气汤作为《伤寒论》治疗阳明病的主方之一,在组方内涵、用药组成、服用方法方面均体现丰富的内涵,具有治法上"祛邪扶正"、用法上"攻守兼备"的特点,但目前围绕调胃承气汤进行的药理及临床研究仍相当欠缺,特别是治疗急危重症胃肠功能障碍方面,值得深入挖掘和探讨。As one of the main prescriptions for yangming diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Tiaowei Chengqi tang embodies rich contents in terms of the meaning of the composition of prescriptions,medication composition,and administration methods,which has the characteristics of＂ eliminating pathogens and strengthening healthy qi＂ and ＂ combining attacks and defenses together＂ in administration methods. However, the pharmacological and clinical studies about Tiaowei Chengqi tang are still quite deficient,especially on the treatment of acute and severe gastrointestinal dysfunctions. It is worthy of in-depth excavation and exploration.
