摘　　要：近年来,人工耳蜗技术开始运用于老年性聋患者的治疗,且取得了很好的效果,但也由此产生的一些新的伦理问题。总结目前老年性聋患者在采用人工耳蜗技术治疗过程中存在的一些医学伦理学问题,同时运用伦理学基本原则提出相关改进措施,旨在说明医学伦理学在规范人工耳蜗技术在老年性聋患者中应用的必要性和重要性,同时促进人工耳蜗技术得到合理、有序的发展。In recent years, cochlear technique has been applied to the treatment of patients with presbycusis and has achieved good results, but also produced some new ethical and moral problems. This paper summarized some medical ethics problems existing in the treatment process of patients with presbycusis applying cochlear techtuque plain fients meanwhile, used ethical basic prin the necessity and importance of medical presbycusis. At the same time, we ciples to propose corresponding improvement measures, aiming at exethics in standardizing the application of cochlear technique in paneed to promote the development of cochlear technique in a reasonable and orderly way.
