直接法和间接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥在下颌前牙中的临床比较

摘　　要：目的评价口内直接法和口外间接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥在下颌前牙中的临床效果。方法收集我院2009年～2014年口腔科门诊下颌前牙单个缺失的患者48例,其中24例口内直接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥,24例口外间接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥。结果经过12～24个月的临床随访观察,直接法患者修复体无松动、脱落,基牙无牙龈炎、龋坏。间接法患者修复体松动一颗,脱落一颗,基牙龈炎一颗,无龋坏。制作修复体后患者进行美观满意度调查。结论直接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥修复下颌单颗缺失牙更坚固,对基牙无影响。间接法制作纤维增强复合树脂粘结桥修复下颌单颗缺失患者美观满意度更高。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fiber reinforced composite resin bonded bridge in mandibular anterior teeth by direct method andindirect method. Methods A total of 48 patients with mandibular anterior teeth missing from our hospital in 2009-2014 were collected.Among them, 24cases were made of fiber reinforced composite resin bonded bridge by direct method, and 24 cases of fiber reinforced composite resin bonded bridge weremade by indirect method. Results After 12-24 months of clinical follow - up, the patients with direct method had no teeth loose, fall off, no gingivitis anddecayed teeth. the patients with Indirect method had one tooth loose, one tooth fall off, one tooth gingivitis and no decayed teeth. After making the repairbody, the patients were investigated with aesthetic satisfaction. Conclusion The direct method of fiber reinforced composite resin bond bridge to repair themandibular single missing teeth is stronger, and has no effect on abutment teeth. Indirect method of fiber reinforced composite resin bond bridge to repair themandibular single missing patients with more aesthetic satisfaction.[
