摘 要:葡萄酒样品经过蒸馏处理,以叔戊醇为内标物,气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)分离检测,标准曲线法定量,建立了气相色谱内标法测定葡萄酒中的甲醇.结果表明甲醇在22.46~898.08 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,与甲醇和叔戊醇峰面积的比值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999 9.甲醇的检出限为7.20 mg/L,平均加标回收率在97.7%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.13%~2.61%.该方法操作简单、分离度好、准确度高、结果不受进样干扰,满足相关检测规范要求,适用于葡萄酒中甲醇含量的检测.To establish a method for the determination of methanol in wine by gas chromatography-internal standard method, the wine samples were processed by distillation, and then added into 2-Methyl-2-butanol as the internal standard. After separating with the flame ionization detector (FID)-gas chromatography, the quantitative content of methanol was determined by standard curiae. The concentrations of methanol presented a good linear relationship with peak area ratio when they were within 22.46-898.08 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients of the standard curve were all above 0.999 9. The detection limits of the method were 7,20 mg/L. The recovery rates of methanol were in the range of 97.7%-101% and the relevant standard deviations (RSDs) were in the range of 1.13%-2.61%. The method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable, and is suitable for the detection of low concentration of methanol in wine.
