摘 要:目的调查新护士的职业适应能力现状及其影响因素,为医院管理者进行有效干预提供参考依据。方法通过方便抽样法对3所湖南省三级甲等综合性医院的472名临床新护士,采用工作沉浸问卷、总体幸福感量表及职业适应能力量表进行调查。结果 472名新护士的工作沉浸总均分为4.08±0.69;总体幸福感总均分为5.88±4.32;职业适应能力总均分为4.52±0.86。影响新护士的职业适应能力的有与忧郁或愉快的心境、对生活的满足和兴趣、对健康的担心、工作中有清晰的目标并伴时间感的改变和月均收入5个因素。结论新护士的工作沉浸和总体幸福感有待提高,该两者直接影响了职业适应能力,护理管理者应采取针对性措施促进新护士的工作沉浸体验,提升幸福感,以增强新护士的职业适应能力。[ Objective ] To inquire into the status and influencing factors of professional adaptability among new graduate nurses, provide reference for hospital managers to take effective intervention. [Methods]A total of 472 new graduate nurses were collected from three grade-A tertiary general hospitals in Hunan Province by the convenience sampling method, and surveyed using work-related flow questionnaire, general well-being schedule and occupational adaptability self-reported scale. [Results] Among 472 new graduate nurses, the average score of work-related flow was 4.08±0.69, the score of general well-being was 5.88±4.32, and the score of professional adaptability was 4.52±0.86. The major influencing factors for new graduate nurses' professional adaptability included melancholy or happy mood, satisfaction and interest in life, worried about health, work with clear goals and changes with time, and monthly income. [Conclusion] The work-related flow and the general well-being of new graduate nurses should be improved, which seriously affect the level of nurses' professional adaptability. The nursing administrators should take effective measures to promote the new graduate nurses' work-related flow and general well-being in order to enhance nurses' professional adaptability.
