摘　　要：受柴中元老中医《外感指迷》的启发,作者根据时令特点将外感热病分为温病类、中病类和伤病类三大类,并试图将伤寒与温病合二为一。主张在表病、表里同病的框架下,参照小儿感冒中医诊疗指南,以八纲辨证为根基,将感冒病分为时行感冒、风寒感冒、风热感冒、暑湿感冒、风燥感冒、阳虚感冒、阴虚感冒和血虚感冒等八个证型。进一步研究发现,阴阳学说是八纲辨证的源泉,辨证论治契合中药四气,而五行学说下的整体观念,由此而衍生的升降施治内容恰好与中药五味相吻合。Inspired by the feelings of CHAI Zhongyuan＇ s ＂The Guideline for The Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Cold＂ , a veteran practioner of TCM, guidance on the treatment of exogenous disease in the, according to sea- sonal characteristics, the sensational fever is divided into three categories, namely, mild disease, middle disease, and injury, and attempts are made to combine typhoid fever and mild disease. The Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cold under the framework of epidemic disease and illness, based on the eight dialects dialectical, the cold diseases can be divided into eight syndromes： influenza, common cold with wind-cold syndrome, common cold with wind-heat, common cold with summer heat-damp, common cold with wind-drying, common cold with yang-deficiency, common cold with yin-deficiency, common cold with blood deficiency. Further studies have found that the theory of Yin and Yang is the basis for eight dialects dialectica and it conforms to the four phase of Chinese medicine; The Five Elements Theory is the source of the overall concept, and it generates another major content Lifting and Treatment is closely related to the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.
