摘  要:近年来,随着对体素内不相干运动MR成像的研究越来越多,其在临床应用也越加广泛,尤其是多b值在各系统良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的应用逐渐成为热点,为广大医生能更好的了解该项技术,现对体素内不相干运动MR成像的技术原理及其在各系统应用进行综述。With more and more research on intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) MR imaging, its clinical application has become increasingly widespread in recent years. Especially the application of multiple b value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors has gradually become a hot spot. For a better understanding of IVIM, this review was mainly focused on the technical principle and its application in various systems.
