既是食品又是中药材物质调节血糖研究进展

摘　　要：中国糖尿病发病及致死率逐年升高,对于糖尿病高危人群及糖尿病患者的饮食健康指导显得越来越重要。国家卫计委最新颁布的《按照传统既是食品又是中药材物质目录管理办法》(征求意见稿)(下称《办法》)在原卫生部《禁止食品加药卫生管理办法》的基础上,将101种植物/动物纳入了既是食品又是中药材物质目录,它们在传统中医上被认为是有生物活性的中药材,而在民间又有长期作为食物食用的历史,故本文聚焦《办法》中明确列出的101种药食同源的植物/动物,总结了它们在调节血糖方面的研究进展,旨在为糖尿病患者及高危人群进行健康教育及制定合理饮食提供科学依据,促进糖尿病预防和治疗工作。The morbidity and mortality of diabetes are increasing year by year in China, and the health guidelines for people at high risk of diabetes are becoming more and more important. The National Health Planning Commission recently issued the ＂Regulations on catalogues of homologue of drug-and-food in traditional Chinese medicine＂ （Draft）, and 101 plants/animals were included in both food and material catalogues, which was called homologue of drug-and-food. Homologue of drug-and-food is considered as medicine with biological activity in traditional Chinese medicine, while in the folk, it has a long history as food. This article summarized the research progresses of homologue of drug-and-food in regulating blood glucose, aiming to provide scientific basis for health education and reasonable diet for diabetic patients and high-risk groups, so as to promote the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
