摘  要:海蓬子作为一种海水蔬菜,其营养丰富,且利用价值高。海蓬子可直接食用,也可作为油料作物使用,其茎秆还可改良土壤,有很高的开发和加工潜力。近年来,以海蓬子为原料的食品逐渐受到人们的关注,而随着科学技术不断进步,深加工技术得到提高,海蓬子开发利用进展较快。目前,中国涉足海篷子种植及产品加工的企业还较少,海蓬子产品深加工技术还较为薄弱,制约了海蓬子产业的持续发展。未来相关部门可从完善海蓬子种植体系、加强海篷子加工技术研发、构建特色生态农业模式、加大产业推广力度等方面着力,促进产业转型升级、健康发展。Salicornia is a kind of marine vegetables with rich nutrition and high utilization value. In addition to being edible directly, salicornia can also be used as an oil crop, its stem can also improve soil, so it has high potential for development and processing. In recent years, the food made from salicornia has attracted more and more attention gradually. With the continuous progress of science and technology, the deep processing technology has been improved, and the development and utilization of salicornia has made rapid progress. At present, there were few enterprises involved in the cultivation and product processing of salicornia in China, and the deep processing technology of salicornia products was still relatively weak, which restricted the sustainable development of salicornia industry. In the future, the relevant departments staffs should improve the planting system of salicornia, strengthen the research and development of salicornia processing technology, construct the characteristic ecological agricultural mode, and strengthen the promotion of industry, so as to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading and healthy development.
