摘　　要：随着改革开放深入,高等教育的快速发展,高校毕业生数量不断增加,毕业生就业问题成为一个非常重要的社会问题。近年来,高校毕业生就业形势更加严峻,这要求全社会更加关注高校毕业生的就业需求与就业方向,完善促进高校毕业生就业的法律体系与相关配套法律保障机制,规范就业市场,创造更多的高层次就业需求,促进大学生就业。With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of higher education, the number of college graduates continues to increase, graduate employment has becomea very important social problem. In recent years, the employment situation of college graduates has become more serious, which requires the whole society to pay more attention to the employment demand and direction of College graduates,improve the legal system and related supporting security mechanisms to promote the employment of College graduates, standardize the employment market, create more high-level employment needs, and promote theemployment of College graduates.
