摘 要:本文根据无人机的用途特点,提出了一种低成本的无人机监控方法。充分利用现有网络及监视技术,在无人机上加装ADS-B发射装置或4G物联网卡,通过地面的数据融合处理技术,与载人机的报文信息进行冲突检测,借助无人机地面站或4G网络把冲突检测的结果传输给无人机,从而实现了无人机主动避让载人机的目的,同时把无人机的信息编码为TIS-B报文发送给ADS-B数据处理控制中心,将无人机的监视融入到民航的CNS/ATM系统中,为无人机在融合空域中的飞行提供了一种解决方案。According to the application characteristics of UAV, this paper proposed a method for monitoring at low cost. By making full use of existing network and surveillance technology, ADS-B launcher or 4 G IOT network card installed in the UAV, ground processing technology through data fusion realizes collision detection with transport plane, with the help of UAV the ground station or the 4 G network to the conflict detection result is transmitted to the UAV, in order to achieve the non active avoidance with transport plane, at the same time, the information encoding of UAV TIS-B message to the ADS-B data processing and control center, the UAV surveillance into the CNS/ATM system of civil aviation, and provides a solution for the flight of UAV in fusion airspace.
