摘 要:目的了解北京市顺义区2013-2017年腹泻病例中沙门菌流行特征,为沙门菌防控提供参考。方法收集哨点医院肠道门诊腹泻患者病例标本进行分离培养,对顺义地区沙门菌流行特征进行分析。结果沙门菌阳性检出率为5.02%;73株沙门菌分成17个血清型,肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌占血清型构成比的前两位;男女沙门菌阳性检出率差异无统计学意义;阳性病例年龄介于1~83岁之间;可疑感染食品构成比中47.95%为不明原因食品,明确的可疑食品主要为蔬菜类及其制品(13.70%)和肉与肉制品(10.96%)。结论北京顺义区腹泻病例中沙门菌流行强度较高;肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌为优势血清型;春秋季是沙门菌防控的重要季节;蔬菜、肉及其相关制品是沙门菌防控的重点食品。Objective To investigate the prevalence and characterization of Salmonella infection in the diarrheal patients in Shunyi, Beijing, so as to provide the basis for the local Salmonella prevention and diarrhea research. Methods Stool samples from diarrhea patients in Shunyi hospital and Konggang hospital were collected. The prevalence and characteristics of the Salmonella infection were investigated for those diarrheal patients. Results The positive detection rate of Salmonella was 5.02%. The 73 strains of Salmonella were divided into 17 serotypes while S. Enteritidis and S. typhimurium were dominant serotypes. There was no significant difference between the genders among Salmonella positive cases. The age of patients ranged from 1 to 83 years old. According to the questionnaire survey, vegetables and meat were the most suspected contaminated foods for the diarrhea. Conclusion It was highly prevalence of Salmonella in diarrhea in Shunyi. Spring and autumn were important seasons for Salmonella prevention and control. Fruits and meat were the key foods for Salmonella infection control.
