摘　　要：目的探讨角膜绷带镜在原发性翼状胬肉切除联合结膜连续锁边缝合术后的应用效果。方法选取我院91例(91眼)原发性翼状胬肉患者,依据随机数字表法分组,均行翼状胬肉切除联合结膜连续锁边缝合术,对照组45例术中进行常规处理,观察组46例术后配戴角膜绷带镜,观察比较两组术后1 d、5 d、7 d疼痛程度(VAS)评分,并统计角膜上皮愈合率及复发率。结果观察组术后1 d、5 d、7 d VAS评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t1=7.245,P1=0.000;t2=6.842,P3=0.000;t3=5.135,P3=0.000);观察组术后7 d角膜上皮愈合率为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组80.00%(36/45),差异有2 2统计学意义(χ~2=5.680,P=0.017);观察组复发率为2.17%(1/46),低于对照组17.78%(8/45),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.587,P=0.032)。结论原发性翼状胬肉切除联合结膜锁边缝合术后配戴角膜绷带镜可促进角膜上皮愈合,减轻患者眼部疼痛程度,并降低复发率。Objetive To investigate the application effect of continuous hemstitch suture combined with bandage corneal contact lenses in patients with primary pterygium. Methods A total of 91 cases （91 eyes） of primary pterygium patients in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table. All of them underwent pterygium excision combined with conjunetival continuous suture. In the control group, 45 cases were treated routinely, while 46 cases in the observation group wore corneal bandages after operation. The pain degree （VAS） score after ld, 5d and 7d of operation of two groups were observed and compared. And the corneal epithelial healing rate and recurrence rate of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The VAS scores after ld, 5d and 7d of operation in the observation group weleless than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t1=7.245, P1=0.000; t2=6.842, P3=0.000; t3=5.135, P3=0.000 ） . The healing rate of the corneal epithelium after 7 d of operation in the observation group was 97.83% （45/46）, higher than that in the control group 80% （36/45）, and the difference was statistically significant （ x2=5.680, P=0.017 ） . The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.17% （1/46）, lower than that of the control group 17.78% （8/45）, and the difference was statistically significant （ X2=4.587, P=0.032 ） . Conclusion Primary pterygium excision combined with conjunctival continuous suture and wearing bandage contact lens can promote healing rate of the corneal epithelium, relieve eye pain, and reduce the recurrence rate.
