摘　　要：目的通过研究丝苏氨酸激酶11(STK11)在前列腺癌(PCa)组织中的表达,阐明其对PCa预后的意义。方法运用LinkedOmics、GEO和GEPIA大数据分析STK11表达与PCa临床病理学参数和前列腺癌恶性进程的相关性及对预后的影响。再运用The Human Protein Atlas中的免疫组化结果分析STK11在不同等级PCa组织中的表达情况。结果LinkedOmics、GEO和GEPIA数据库的分析结果表明在PCa中,STK11的表达与T分期、N分期、淋巴结转移和前列腺癌恶性进程呈显著正相关性,且高表达STK11的前列腺癌其总生存率和无病生存率显著低于低表达STK11的前列腺癌(P<0.05)。免疫组化的结果表明:低等级PCa组织中的STK11表达显著低于高等级PCa组织中的表达,且主要定位于癌细胞的胞质和胞膜。结论STK11是一种重要的不良预后指标,可以作为预测前列腺癌患者转移发生、判断预后的有效生物标志物。Objective To investigate the role of serine/threonine protein kinase 11 （STK11）in the prognosis of prostate cancer （PCa）. Methods The correlation between STK11 expression and prognosis of PCa was analyzed based on the data collected from databases including LinkedOmics,GEO and GEPIA. The expression of STK11 in different grade of PCa tissues was measured using The Human Protein Atlas database and immunohistochemistry （IHC）. Results The expression of STK11 was positively correlated with the T stage,N stage and lymphatic metastasis of PCa. Besides,patients with high expression of STK11 had significantly lower overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate than those with low expression of STK11 （P〈0.05）. Low grade PCa tissues had significantly lower expression of STK11 than the high grade PCa tissues, and STK11 was mainly located in cytoplasmic and membranous of tumor cells. Conclusion STKll is an important indicator of poor prognosis, which can be used as an effective biomarker to predict the metastasis and prognosis of PCa.
