摘  要:目的探讨介入栓塞术应用于脑血管畸形的治疗中的临床疗效及对患者治疗前、后基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的脑血管畸形患者106例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例。研究组给予血管内介入栓塞术,对照组给予传统外科手术。使用化学酶联免疫吸附试验检测并比较2组患者的临床疗效及手术前、后血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平(补充MMP-2、MMP-9的检测方法。结果研究组总有效率(94.34%)明显高于对照组(73.58%)(P<0.05);2组患者术后血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平均明显下降(P<0.05),其中研究组术后(763.15±74.21μg/L、132.49±12.54μg/L)明显低于对照组(820.49±85.37μg/L、235.47±23.49μg/L)(P<0.05)。结论将介入栓塞术应用于脑血管畸形临床疗效显著,能有效降低MMP-2、MMP-9水平。MMP-2、MMP-9检测有助于判断脑血管畸形病情及疗效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebrovascular malformation and its effects on the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (mmp-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (mmp-9) before and after treatment, Methods 106 cases of cerebral vascular malformation treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 53 cases, Endovascular interventional embolization was administered in the study group and conventional surgery was performed in the control group, The clinical efficacy and serum mmp-2 and mmp-9 levels before and after surgery (mmp-2 and mmp-9 supplementation) of the two groups were measured and compared using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Results The total effective rate of the study group (94.34%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.58%) (P〈0.05), Postoperative serum levels of mmp-2 and mmp-9 were significantly decreased in both groups (P〈0,05),and in the study group (763.15±74.21μg/L, 132.49±12.54μg/L) were significantly lower than in the control group (820.49±85.37μg/L,235.47±23.49μg/L) (P〈0.05), Conclusion Interventional embolization is effective in the treatment of cerebrovascular malformation and can effectively reduce the level of mmp-2 and mmp-9, mmp-2 and mmp-9 detection can help to judge the condition and therapeutic effect of cerebral vascular malformation.
