摘  要:燃料电池可靠性是评价燃料汽车质量好坏的重要参数指标。根据调研得到的某燃料电池汽车发动机的首次故障里程数据,提出运用一致最小方差无偏估计的点估计和最短置信区间的区间估计方法对燃料电池发动机进行可靠性评估,结果表明:该方法使得发动机待估参数的误差能够达到最小,能更早更有效地预测燃料电池发动机首次故障的行驶里程和平均剩余寿命。Fuel cell reliability is an important parameters indicator for evaluating the quality of fuel vehicles. Based on the first failure mileage data of a certain fuel cell vehicle engine obtained from the investigation, a point estimation method based on uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimate and the shortest confidence interval estimation method to evaluate the reliability of the fuel cell engine were proposed in this paper. The results indicated that this method can make the error of the engine underestimation parameter reach the minimum. At the same time, the mileage of the first failure and the average remaining life of the fuel cell engine can be predicted earlier and more effectively.
